E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub e-Gift Cards are only redeemable in Singapore and are valid for tickets, merchandise and membership sold at Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub or on our website at https://www.tayostation.com/gift-card
• Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station, and Petite Tayo KidsClub e-Gift Card can be purchased online at https://www.tayostation.com/gift-card (“Website”).
• To check your balance in your e-gift card, find the original email and select view gift card, and the balance will be shown.
• Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub e-Gift Cards are not refundable, nor may they be resold.
• Any outstanding balance of the e-Gift Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Coupons and promotional codes may not be used to purchase e-Gift Cards unless authorised by Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub.
• Upon redeeming your e-Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance if your purchase exceeds the e-Gift Card amount.
• Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub e-Gift Cards are not refundable if lost or stolen.
• Pororo Park Singapore, Tayo Station and Petite Tayo KidsClub e-Gift Cards purchased through unauthorised resellers or other internet auction sites are not guaranteed by DreamUs Edutainment and its affiliates.
• All payment methods must be done with a valid Visa or Mastercard. All deliveries of your e-gift card will only be successful upon all approved transactions.
• Please ensure all details of your intended recipient/s are accurate. Contact our Guest Relations team at [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] should the recipient/s fail to receive the gift card.
• Please be reminded to check your spam/junk boxes for all deliveries.
• DreamUs Edutainment make no express or implied warranties with respect to this e-gift card and disclaim any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• DreamUs Edutainment reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Your purchase or use of an e-Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Details on what information we collect and how we use it are set out in our privacy policy. By providing us with information about you or any other person, you must be authorised to provide such information, and you agree to our privacy policy.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
